We select challenges from around the globe, assessing their impact, technically, socially, and humanely, to find next generation solutions, in both public and private sectors. Through our work, we put the big picture into context, translate complex ideas into executable plans, and build team knowledge at the leading edge of technology, communicating through all forms of creative media.

ChiTek-i offers guidance and formalisation, applying a design methodology to build certainty, and help avoid costly mistakes. We coach teams to see the big picture, balancing the goals of institutional learning, efficiency, resilience, scale, and operational safety. In place of analyst reports, we propose overviews, solutions, narratives, and principles for scoping, planning, and the designing of systems as group. No single hire needs to be a specialist in all things.
